Only 91 episodes of One Piece have been dubbed so far. However, the official One Piece website shows when the next dubbed episodes will be released. On December 15th, '09, 92-103 will come out. ;D Oh yeah, and I suggest JustDubs.net to watch 'em on. It's a great site~

As of now (2/5/2012) There are 205 in English and 206-268 are to be released, starting in Summer of 2012.
287 episodes have been released on DVD by funimation. These 287 have been dubbed and released as of 3 September 2013. The Wikipedia page on One Piece episodes states that up to episode 299 will be released on 15 October 2013 and 312 by 4 December 2013. Take those numbers with a grain of salt; I got them from Wikipedia.
