The company, FUNimation, that dubbed the original Japanese episodes into English, lost the rights to the programme a few years back, thus English networks and websites, i.e. Cartoon Network, aren't able to show anymore of the dubbed anime series. Which is why you can't find any episodes above 150, in English.

Cartoon Network stopped airing One Piece a long time ago, and the dubbed episodes only go up to about 105. I suggest www1.watchop.com for the subbed version, because all the episodes are at least subbed, but not dubbed.
