That depends on where you live. I'd try Chapters, since I live in Canada. Depending on where you live, you can probably order it from a major book store online if you have to.
It's suggested that you buy the DVD on a supported website or anime retail website.
You can watch Inuyasha: The Final Act on Hulu, as well as on some select licensor's websites, such as Viz.com. As Toonami is returning to the Cartoon Network as of Msy 2012, it's possible that Inuyasha may be re-aired as part of that. You can also buy the DVDs online from a variety of different retailers, including Amazon, Right Stuf, and more.

The easiest way is buying from Brazilian shops. These are good ones: http://www.submarino.com.br http://shopping.uol.com.br. Search for 'filmes' for movies and 'dublado' for dubbed. As they will have to export to wherever you live, it may take a time and be a little expensive.
sometimes they have the inuyasha books at the library.
As of right now, only up to 48 episodes have been dubbed in English so far, but if people buy season four of it, funimation could make more.
Yes, you just go onto iTunes, go to the power search, type in InuYasha, and you can buy whatever you want.
Walmart has a few dvds that is if you are looking for the English dubbed. I think they have two or three and then the movie
You buy them on the Funimation site.
Well, yes, but it is pirated. If you're not against pirated versions (and I know many otakus who are. violently.) then there are a few places such as sun comic and anime tech as well as a few at Hong Kong Video (HKV) who sell dubbed. Just look at the back on the bottom for english. Most are pretty good quality, but if I were you, I'd save up and buy the real thing, or just watch it dubbed. In my opinion, it's alot better.
I don't no about circuit city having Anime at all, but i always go online to buy anime. a good cite i no of is CDuniverse.com and search it.
