I'm not sure you can get just a dust jacket. If you want to give it a shot, I would say writing to the publisher would be a good start.

The short answer to this question is - One cannot find a replacement at all easily!
One's only chance is to find a damaged copy of the book or, in some cases, a remaindered or 'stray' copy in a Charity Shop or similar.
If the book is still in print one's task is easier but, generally, the whole venture is daunting and largely negative in outcome.
