a time orb. it took hook and peter through, although it was peter's second time to neverland because of tink. originally, peter and hook who was called jimmy at the time, was a partner to peter in a pickpocketing scheme on the streets of london after peter became orphaned. peter already knew tink and had been to neverland before, but jimmy (hook) found a way there using time magic and he was sucked into neverland along with peter and slightly. peter eventually met the other lost boys later, but that is irrelevant. peter then fought alongside the indians, whil ehook sided with the pirates. peter later learned that hook was the one that convinced peter's parents to have another chid in his stead so that when he returned from neverland the first time, peter would believe he was orphaned. that waym hook would be able to keep peter close to find out how to get to neverland. that worked, although peter had the secret of the mineral dust, which allowed him to fly back and forth between earth and neverland. peter later hid the time orbs, and hook became stranded in neverland, constantly trying to kill peter and his friends for what peter did. after all this comes to pass, the original story that we all know and love takes place after peter meets wendy. hope this helped. :)
