Alan Ward, did NOT emigrate to Australia (contrary to some reports elsewhere on the web) He ran a music shop and manufactured speakers and amplifiers in Walthamstow for many years, as well as scoring music and running a studio there. I am told that he is now retired and living in Norfolk or Suffolk.
John Lantree I don't know much about but he had a successful sign making company for many years.
Denis D'Ell of course very sadly died of cancer in 2005. (please donate generously to cancer charities)

Colin Boyd became Colin Hare and of course was part of Honeybus who had a hit with She Flies Like A Bird. He is still around as far as I am aware although attempts to contact him have proved fruitless so far.

The original members were Harry Mondryk, Max Mondryk, Matt Fitzgerald, Myles Ryan and Connor Ryan. Connected have split now into the twins and the new band Reconnected (Harry, Max and Matt).
The lead singer which was Marco Antonio Solis, for Los Bukis, decided he wanted to start a solo career, so he left the group, in 1995. As a result of that, the remaining band members formed their own new band which are now called Los Mismos. This meaning the same members from Los Bukis.

The Japanese band Morning Musume was formed in 1997. Morning Musume is one of the most successful girl groups in Japan. Because of the fact the female members are replaced every now and then, there are no more original band members from 1997.

The final addition to the original Blackhearts was drummer Danny "Furious" O'Brien, formerly of the infamousSan Francisco band The Avengers Tommy Price has been with the band for many years now. Danny left the band in 1981 or 1982, the video was shot in 1988. The drummer in the video did play rather furious tho.
