Oh my! Signs was an amazeing film! Creepy, but i wouldn't say scary. I wont give you anything away, but i assure you it's merely creepy in the whole "Its there i know it is!" Kind of sense. Try looking at the wiki page: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Signs_(film) and have a little browse if your not too certain. It depends how well you deal with scary films i guess :)

one dinosaur is on the middle of the chandelier. another is in the top right hand corner of the page standing on the wooden plank sticking out of the wall. theres one on the foot of the rightmost knight. ones on the shield of the leftmost knight. the last is on the bottom right of the wardrobe standing on one of the big vines.

In the book "On a Scary Scary Night" by Walter Wick, the hatchet can be found on the left side of the page in the haunted house scene. It is tucked among the branches of a tree near the top left corner of the page.
It’s in the fog on the left page. Above the jar that has green stuff in it. It’s clipped to the bucket.
The horse's head in Walter Wick's "On A Scary Scary Night" is hidden inside the haunted house on the left side of the page, near the bottom. It is partially obscured by the flying bat and other spooky elements in the scene.
The frog is at the top right in the middle of page 19. take a look at the two lighting strikes it’s on the flag part of the pole in between the two lines of lightning.

The scary moon to light your way is just the large moon that fills up the page. Often the riddles close with a more “big picture” item that shows you the flow of the book. It‘s not meant to be a difficult thing to find. (For a more obvious example, look at the close of the riddle on the next page.)

On pages 16 and 17 of "Can You See What I See? On a Scary Night," the duck-head cane is located in the middle of the page, hidden among various other Halloween-themed objects. It is typically cleverly camouflaged to blend in with the spooky surroundings.
