Hogan's Heroes was a comedy sitcom about American's in a German Luftwaffe POW camp during WWII. The show ran from 1965-1971, and was a huge hit all across the globe.

The 5 main POW's; Colonel Robert E. Hogan (Bob Crane), Corporal Peter Newkirk (Richard Dawson), Corporal Louis LeBeau (Robert Clary), Sergeant Andrew Carter (Larry Hovis), and last but not least, Sergeant James "Kinch" Kinchloe (Ivan Dixon), are always up to no good, confusing their incompetent Kommandant Colonel Wilhelm Klink (Werner Klemperer) and Sargeant Hans George Shultz (John Banner), who are too busy concentrating on running the camp properally, to be thinking about what the prisoners are doing!
