He has 2 simple rings around his left forearm. I saw the last person who wrote the answer said it symbolizes something personal and I think, and ONLY think not sure, one might be when he was addicted to heroin, and the other when he had bulimia. But he has fully recovered long ago and that was in high school! I <3 Josh Ramsay! and when he was in the recovery clinic for heroin he wrote a love letter that became the song "lover dearest" btw I got this info on wikipedia if ya wanna read it all. :) hope that helped!

The first answer pretty much explained it. Although both rings are symbolizing his heroin addiction. When he first got it he decided to add a ring for each year after he recovered. But he stopped at 2 years because it would look kind of funny if he had like 10 rings around his arm. And he also has another tattoo on his upper right arm that also symolizes his addiction. I'm not sure exactly what it looks like though.
