The Drew Carey Show used a lot of outside music (5 O' Clock World, What Is Hip?, Time Warp, etc.) there are copywrite and royalty issues that halted the release of any more seasons. If anything Warner Bros. is too cheap to pay the extra money needed to use those songs or the owners of said songs want too much money.
