Until a year or so ago, Sam Mccue was a guest artist with a Milwaukee doo-wop band named the DooWop Daddies. Prior to that, Sam , along with his two sons and two other first rate musicians, played at Club Durham in Muskego . They played many of the Legends hits, of course, as well as hits from the 50's and 60's. He also played in a blues band. Presently, I believe Sam McCue is retired and plays when the spirit moves him.I have spoken to him over the years and found him to be very friendly and possess a wealth of knowledge about music. A true Milwaukee treasure.
