there is a screenplay in the witch and wizard book about a movie so there is a movie being planned but not made. It's not the second book, there's three books, Witch and Wizard, The Gift and The Fire and there's a comic book series he kind of did called Battle For Shadowland and Operation Zero. I don't think they go along with the storyline of the 3 main novels but they're awesome as well!
