Microclimates vary dramatically in the KMC, but the average last frost date is around 15-20 May. The average first frost date is a bit trickier to pin down; I'd go with early October to be safe. By Halloween, it may already be bitterly cold. Be sure to provide protection from weather extremes for tender plants like tomatoes, peppers & Mediterranean herbs - even cool summer nights can harm all but the hardiest of plants, especially if they're immature or otherwise exceptionally vulnerable. A simple row cover or tomato bag should be enough to fend off damage from cold snaps.
