The book series only has seven books; the seventh book corresponds to movies #7 and #8. No eighth book - and no corresponding ninth movie - is planned. The story basically ends with book #7 (and movie #8). It is possible that the author writes something more about Harry Potter in the future, but there are currently no specific plans.
There is no 9th season. Charmed ended with season 8. but there will be a 9th season in a comic book coming out in June
The Harry Potter books are aged for approximately 10+ Easy to read, mild language, mild fantasy violence
A 9th season of Charmed won't be coming out. It ended with season 8, episode 22, "Forever Charmed." There's a lot of fanfictions online, so if this is disappointing, you could always try reading one of them.

The Harry Potter series consists of seven books. It seems there are no plans for additional Harry Potter books, at least, not as a main series. Perhaps some short stories will be written, in the style of the "schoolbooks" already published (Quidditch Throughout the Ages, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, and The Tales of Beedle the Bard).
