Demi went into treatment for an eating disorder and self-mutilation. She had been cutting her wrists and other body parts since she was only 11 years old. At the worst point of her eating disorder, Demi says that she threw up five times a day.

Demi Lovato did not go to rehab for drug or alcohol addiction. She admits that she has tried some things, but says she never got addicted. Demi told People: "I'd be lying if I said I never touched anything. Fortunately it never got to a place where I had to be in treatment for it."
