When does Spider-Man 4 the movie come out?

Never- it has been scrapped before production even began as both Sam Raimi and Tobey Maguire pulled out of the franchise. Everyone is aware that a new movie is being planned as a reboot which is currently set for a release date of July 3, 2012.
