Cheryl leaves Larry in 'Curb Your Enthusiasm' in Season 6 in the episode 'The Tivo Guy' because whilst Cheryl is on a plane during severe turbulence, thus fearing for her life, she rings Larry in case she dies to say she loves him. However, Larry being Larry is at home whilst the Tivo guy tries to fix the TV. Instead of listening to Cheryl saying goodbye to him, he asks her to ring him in 5 minutes because the Tivo Guy was suggesting he should leave because Larry is 'Obviously busy' due to the phonecall. Cheryl gets close to the man she sat next to during the flight and goes out with him. In Season 7, Larry spends the entire season trying to win her back by making a Seinfeld Reunion show. On the last episode on Season 7 called 'Seinfeld', Cheryl and Larry get back together, although Larry, during their first passionate kiss since the break-up actually stops to point out to Cheryl that her Cafe Latte has made a ring stain on his wooden table - something that happened to Julia Lous Dreyfus' table earlier in the week to which Julia accused Larry of doing. Larry realises Cheryl must have stained Julia's table and asks Cheryl to ring her up to admit that it was her.
