The first PG episode of RAW was broadcasted on 28th July 2008 after WWE announced on their website that all WWE programmes will be PG. WWE became PG due to the number of children who attended the live shows and the fact that their parents were complaining about the content.

Early 2008!

People in WWE Business though that the Show was focusing more on adult-based storylines than children-related ones. It was supposed to be a kids show. So they said screw it, and called it a day for the Attitude Era!
