Tyson Jay Ritter - Lead singer/Bass Guitar
Nikolas(Nick) Don Wheeler - Lead guitar/Backing vocals
Michael(Mike) Kennerty - Rhythm guitar/Backing vocals
Christopher(Chris) Gaylor - Drums/Percussion
[Kevin ''Toad'' Saulnier - Keyboards/Backing vocals
Apparently, there was a former member called Tim Campbell who played the drums before Chris but I know that is not true as AAR have never spoke of him and whenever they're asked how they came together, they always have had Chris in their group and not 'Tim'.
Hope this helps :)

There are three albums out: The All-American Rejects, Move Along, and When the World Comes Down.
(fourth one coming soon)
The band consists of Tyson Ritter(lead vocals/bass guitar/the occasional accordian[see their Womanizer cover]), Nick Wheeler (lead guitar/keyboard/back up vocals), Mike Kennerty(rhythm guitar), and Chris Gaylor(drums/percussion)
Nick Wheelers parents own a flower shop
They once had a keyboardist, Timothy Jordan II, but he committed suicide after one of their tours.
A few TV shows/movies their songs showed up in were: The House Bunny. The Vampire Diaries. Alice in Wonderland(with Johnny Depp; the new one). John Tucker Must Die. Meet the Robinsons. Smallville. So You Think You Can Dance. She's the Man. American Wedding. And lots more.
You can also find their songs on the Video Games: Rock Band. SingStar Pop. Guitar Hero.
That's some of the basics, but you can definitely find a lot more ;)
They all got them around 2002 - 2003. I've seen pictures when they got them and Tyson looks really yound so it would've been somewhere around that time.
