Europe, Asia, and North America. The Land of the Midnight Sun refers to the area north of the arctic circle.
The Land of the Midnight Sun is basically land above the Arctic Circle. Due to Earth's tilt, this area experiences a period of time annually in which there are 24 hours of sunlight (24 hours of nighttime as well during a different period). The name Land of the Midnight Sun literally means there is sunlight at midnight. Since parts of Europe are located in this area (Iceland, Norway, Sweden, Finland, and Russia), Europe contains part of the Land of the Midnight Sun. Other areas belong to North America (Canada and the United States) and Asia (Russia).

Yes, days are separated by 'midnight', but that is not enough. If midnight somewhere in Europe is separating the world into, say, Monday and Tuesday, then there must be some other place on the globe where those days meet as well. So there is a fixed place, the date line, and there is 'midnight', that moves nonstop around the globe.

The midnight sun is a natural phenomenon occurring in summer months at latitudes north and nearby to the north of the Arctic Circle, and south and nearby to the south of the Antarctic Circle where the sun remains visible at the local midnight. Given fair weather, the sun is visible for a continuous 24 hours, mostly north of the Arctic Circle and south of the Antarctic Circle. The number of days per year with potential midnight sun increases the farther poleward one goes from the equator. In other words, the sun doesn't set for some weeks in the summer in the north, and doesn't rise some weeks in the winter also because there is continous daylight its called "the land of the midnight sun" because of its long summer days.
