This is debatable, if you were referring to the 10th doctor, his catch phrase was 'Allons-Y! While the current doctors most popular catch phrase is either 'Bow ties are cool', 'Rule no1, the doctor lies' or possibly the most popular 'Trust me,im the doctor/Hello, I'm the doctor/ I am the doctor'

Ancient Greek physician Hippocrates of Kos is considered to be the founder of western medicine. He established medicine as a profession and separated it from philosophy and ritualistic religion. He is believed to have written the Hippocratic Oath, which includes the first doctor's code, or catch phrase, "First, do no harm." The original Hippocratic Oath was written in the 4th century BC.
