Best Answer

Most purported hangover cures do not work for the majority of people, and may in fact make the sufferer feel worse. Methods that might help include eating a breakfast of cereal of toast, drinking lots of water, or taking a multivitamin. The best remedy for a hangover is to drink in moderation, preventing the hangover from ever occurring in the first place.

Hangover is the painful result of too much alcohol in the system which causes the unbalanced biochemistry in the body. Alcohol is diuretic and feeling of dehydration occurs when you have a hangover.
