The note must say something like, "Donate to Bonnie, she is really good with toys and she lives at <address>."

If you watch closely you will see Andy refer to the note as he's driving, looking at the address that's written on it.

When at the house, he says "So you're Bonnie..." indicating he didn't know Bonnie previously. But apparently he knew her Mom from the neighborhood.

Then he says "SOMEONE told me you're really good with toys" indicating that this was also written on the note.

Woody wanted all the toys, including himself, to go to Bonnie's rather than being seperated and/or put in the attic.

Very cute and clever movie. My son watches it every morning so I've seen it about 100 times. The above is all nonsense. The note says 1225 sycamore, which is Bonnie's address.

You're not supposed to know, but guess that it's the address to the girls house and that Andy should donate the toys to her.
