What powers does Doctor Who have?

He's got two hearts, so he can survive some things an ordinary human can't. He doesn't die of age. When badly injured he can regenerate and take a new form.

But mostly he gets by on his wits.

He can also Use his telepathic powers to read minds, share memories, history and thoughts. Also, he can understand babies.

Another "ability" of the doctor is he can survive in extremely cold weather and can stand to stay in absolute zero for a short period of time.

He can also withhold and absorb radiation and can stand loud, high pitch noises.

The tardis is powered by the universe itself. It can use a process similar to nuclear fusion, which releases energy in an amount equal to the mass times the speed of light squared. (or E=mc^2). it can do this with general matter throughout time and space in our universe, but not in parallel dimensions where the tardis will lose energy quickly.
