Oh man, a bunch! The classic examples are "The Godfather II" and "Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back" but there's plenty to choose from. "Terminator II: Judgment Day" is my top pick, personally.
"Batman: the Dark Knight" is much better than the previous step, "Batman: the riddle of the blur". It's not that the previous one is bad, but that this one is so good that it takes the level of a commercial film to another level. It is praised as the best commercial film in history, so good that not a second has been wasted.
Objectively speaking, I’d say that the Fantastic Beasts Series is actually better than Harry Potter, even though from an emotional/nostalgic point of view, HP still wins. But FB is just such a good production and of course acting skills (Eddie freakin’ Redmayne!!) are off the roof!
Iron Man 2, The Amazing Spiderman 2 and Toy story.
The brother Cadfael is a better Christian than Luc in the movie The Pilgrim of Hate going by their deeds.
I actually like the Beatles version better than the original Isley Brothers.
LOgan because he been in a movie jake hasn't also logan is better Youtuber than Jake.
yes...the title is August Rush
No, but there really should be. The series is better than Harry Potter.
Some movie sequels that are considered better than the original include "The Godfather Part II," "Terminator 2: Judgment Day," and "The Dark Knight." These sequels expanded upon the original storylines and received critical acclaim for their improvements in storytelling and character development.

Count It Down Sequels Better Than the Originals - 2013 TV was released on: USA: 22 April 2013
Honestly, I'll tell you that the original is better than the sequel, but its okay if you ask me.
No because they discovered the original was a copy of the original.
No. The original Jaws is definitely the best, and most people consider Jaws 2 to be the best of the sequels.
Go see the remake if you like coehn bros. but the original film with John Wayne and Robert Duvall is way better than the remake or book
no
If we are to judge by the general critical response, it would seem that Inception is a better movie than A-Team.
I was pleasantly surprised. No one can ever be a better Freddy than Robert Englund in my book, but the new actor playing Freddy did an excellent job! He got his laugh down perfectly. And they delved more into Freddy's background, his original storyline before it was slightly re-written for the original first movie.
You mean is there a movie better than the book. And the answer is no. No movie is better than the book that it is based upon. Books trump movies. People really should read more.
a book is actually better than a movie because a book provides more information. hope this helps :D
