What make-up was used for Lord Voldemort?

There is a bit about this on the extra features disc to "Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire". Voldemort has on basic Hollywood type make-up. The majority of his facial work was done by computer graphics, such as removing his nose and making the reptilian slits.
