an Opera singer but he can have it on both staffs because he has to have at least a three octave range, so it depends on the song fore him for example in Phantom of the Opera he has the music of the night written on the treble clef, but in the oveture he sings in the bass clef

an opera singer has his normally in the bass clef but in different songs he might be in the treble clef, for example in phantom of he opera the phantoms music is in bass except for music of the night.
