revise the question. do you mean musically (time signature) and played by human hands without software to speed it up? or any song that has been created by human hands or otherwise?(i.e. a kaoss pad)

Moby's "Thousand" has the Guinness World Record for the fastest song (even though it doesn't maintain the 1000 bpm mentioned in the title throughout the song), however, some speedcore bands have surpassed 1000 bpm.

I'm not sure if it's the fastest, but Dragonforce's Through The Fire And The Flames is fast as hell. They need 3 Guitars to play it properly.
