The awesome Annie consists of a crougar (leg-over) then a toad (crougar with a cross/leg-over cross.) A crougar is simply putting your arm under your same leg (as in left arm under left leg or vice versa) while lifting your leg up, turning the ropes, then jumping while keeping your hand under your leg. A toad is like a crougar, but it is also different. Instead of putting your arm under your same leg, put your arm under your opposite leg (while lifting that leg up.) Then, with your other arm, cross it over your body as if you are hugging yourself. Just turn the ropes and jump after this. For the awesome Annie, do one crougar, then do one toad, then repeat. You can also start with a toad then do a crougar if that is easier for you.
