Ann has told this story many times. To quickly paraphrase, at a backstage meet and greet, a slimey record type came up to her asking "how [her] lover was". He wasn't talking about Ann's then boyfriend Michael but her sister Nancy. It seems their record company had run an ad in Rolling Stone, the two of them back to back, seemlingly topless with the headline "It was only our first time". This infuriated Ann so much that she went back to the hotel and wrote the words to Barracuda.
