It's about a kid who doesn't fit in cause he's a geek and they're telling him what everyone thinks of him. Like when they say "Why can't you see that you don't look like him in anyway at least that kid has friends and that's a lot more than you can say" They're trying to say that he doesn't have friends and he's uglier than anyone in the school.
