AS OF THE SUMMER OF 2007 YES IT WAS AND HOPEFULLY WILL BE FOR THE SUMMER OF 2008 ALSO. IT IS A NICE AFFORDABLE DAY OUT FOR KIDS. My family had a blast there in the summer of '07. Not too crowded, and there was something for everyone of all ages 2-62. Definitly recommend checking it out. I will say this about the park, it is not as big like you would find in a big city. For a hometown place its great.
