Believe it or not, There are actually 52% of girls around the world that like Justin Bieber, 41% hate Justin Bieber,and 7% that are neutral or Don't hate or love Justin.
Now boys however, There is...(not surprised) but there are 93% of boys that absolutely hate Justin Bieber.And only a small amount of 7% actually like him.And 0% say neutral.
It would be very hard to give you an actual number, but we can be assured that many girls (mostly teenagers) like Justin Bieber.

∙ 13y agoJustin Bieber is not exactly hated by all the world, however a recent development in 2010 with the creation of a new blog and a planned addition of survey, Demographics information with maps and concentrations of self-proclaimed, "Bieber-Haters," has proven to be a new focal point with the intention of scientifically answering this very important question. Apparently, some of these BHs are so filled with loathing that even they can not provide their own reasons for hating the individual.
