If you're talking about famous serial killers in movies like Hannibal Lecter and Michael Myers, then no. If you're talking about serial killers in real life, then yes. For example, Jeffrey Dahmer killed seventeen men and boys between the years of 1978 and 1991. For another example, Ed Gein murdered two people in a timespan between 1954 and 1957. Those are actual serial killers who committed actual murders. Movie killers are based on fiction and did not actually kill people in real life.
