there were two mules - one belonged to the miller, the other to a rich man.the miller's mule carried oats, while the other carried silver.

the mule carrying silver was overly proud of the load on his back, he even wore a bell to show off.

But then a gang of thieves took his gold after killing the rich mule.

the miller's mule survived as he had nothing worth taking.
