It might be possible but only with an adult who is age 21 or more. There are heave fines for the nightclub owner if the underage person is even caught with an empty class of wine and the authorities happen to show up. The legal drinking age is 21 almost universally. It's up the the barkeep if they will allow underage children or not.
There are safe nightclubs in many regions that are designed for kids under 18. Might be best to check out one of those instead. Any adult who knowingly or unknowingly allows a minor to consume alcohol will be fine and possibly put into jail.

Here in the UK, no night-club would admit a 17-year-old. The minimum age for entry to a night-club here is 18... and door-staff are entitled to ask for proof of identity of anyone wanting to enter the premises. If they think you're too young, they can refuse to allow you in - and there's nothing you can do about it. It would all depend on what country you're in - as to whether you'd be admitted.
