It might be possible but only with an adult who is age 21 or more. There are heave fines for the nightclub owner if the underage person is even caught with an empty class of wine and the authorities happen to show up. The legal drinking age is 21 almost universally. It's up the the barkeep if they will allow underage children or not.

There are safe nightclubs in many regions that are designed for kids under 18. Might be best to check out one of those instead. Any adult who knowingly or unknowingly allows a minor to consume alcohol will be fine and possibly put into jail.

The minimum age to be clubbing in Australia is 18. Some other clubs and night spots will have a higher limit such as 21.
