I thought The Lodger (Series 5 Episode 11) was quite funny, but it's your opinion.

Another candidate was 'Love and Monsters', the tenth episode of the second series in 2006, which was intended as an affectionate send-up of obsessive Dr.Who fans. The monster in it was a semi-comic creature called the Absorbaloff, which was chosen as the winning entry from a competition run by the BBC children's show Blue Peter for children to design a new Dr.Who monster. The Absorbaloff talks in a Yorkshire accent, looks very funny and comes from the planet Clom.
