Yes; in both the manga and anime. In one of the episodes; I believe in the second season in 40's ep. Sakura falls down an elevator at tokyo tower; but uses FLOAT to get back up. When she gets up; Syaoran holds her tight and hugs her until the elvator door opens. In the manga and anime; Sakura is sitting on a swing next to Syaoran; and after Sakura tells Syaoran about her problems; you just see Syaoran and Sakura hug eachother. Lastly, in the final movie and final scene of the entire series, Sakura yells "I LOVE YOU!" and jumps into his arms.

I don't think they ever do. There was that time where Naruto uses a justu to turn in to Saskue and try to kiss Sakura, but he had diarrhea right when they were about to kiss and had to run off to the restroom. lol its not a real jutsu. when sakura turns into a giant that's actually her inner self (Inner Sakura). if you watched the episode, sakura vs ino, when ino went into sakuras mind, Inner Sakura emerged and was able to overthrow ino to get out of her body. There was also the part where ino said that sakura had like two minds (sakuras inside is stronger than a normal person).

Because in games they wanted her to be a good player so she can get some feed back. In the episodes she had no special power so she couldnt do anything but in Naruto Shippuden she got healing powers and she got more and more helpful
