It's just called Naruto Shippuden the Movie as far as I know. if you want to know what it's about, it is mainly about a girl who thinks no one can change destiny (similar to how Neji used to be) and Naruto has to go on a big adventure, avoiding these three special ninja and seal a great beast in the land of Demons.
Trust me, it really doesnt matter when you watch it, like the other movies, it has nothing to do with the anime or manga plots.
