one could say that art in a gallery or in a museum is 'glorified' as more special or more valuable becasue a respected establishment is portraying it. only people who pay to get into the gallery/museum or take the time to visit these places will see the art making it seem more valualbe, while public art is available to anone and everyone, this does not actually mean that anyone is less valuable or less 'artisitic'. if anything public art has a chance to get the artists message across to a wider audience in a faster amount of time.
Public art is any piece of art that has been created for the purpose of being in the public, where people can see it. Examples are fountains and sculptures, frequently seen in parks. Sculptures are actually the main form of public art. Sculptures are 3D figures that are usually made out of stone.

Art means painting, drawing, sculpting, etc. and arts is drama and music. Art is the subject art and the idea of art (Ex:paintings)and Arts is performance.
An art collector is someone who simply collects art, like a business man who loves a certain artist would collect their work. An art curator is a person in charge of a museum and it's art.
In art, positive space contains the image that is intended as the focus of the piece of art, usually two- dimensional, as in a photograph, painting, etching or the like rather than sculpture. Negative space is the space around what the artist wants you to see. Negative space can be empty or, conversely, it can be filled with images that draw your eye toward the intended focus of the overall image.
