What is the conflict of SpongeBob?

There are conflicts in every character.

Spongebob: He's too happy

Patrick: He's too dumb

Sandy: Well, she gets mad at Spongebob and Patrick a lot when they're being dumb

Mr. Krabs: He's too obsessed with money and cheapness

Squidward: He thinks that Spongebob and Patrick are really annoying neighbors and he wishes he could just have some peace once in a while

I think the Plankton is the biggest conflict

He wants to steal the Krabby Patty secret recipe. I think that he is the main foe, most of the episodes are based on his schemes. He's 'evil', but a lot of other episodes introduce new characters (most of which never come back in any other episodes) that cause some kind of problem that send the SpongeBob SquarePants crew into a bedlam.
