Opinions are hard to fit in a neat little answer box. I can remember when Howdy Doody was IT! But today there are too many choices for too many tastes and everyone who watches thinks that their favorites are 'the most entertaining', and it is for them. Since I left Howdy behind, some standouts have been I Love Lucy, Alfred Hitchcock Presents, Dick Van Dyke Show, Laugh In, Smothers Brothers, Twilight Zone, Carol Burnett, Remington Steele, Seinfeld, Frasier, Law and Order, Everybody Hates Chris. These are the ones I was sorry to see end. The current crop, well, we'll see.

It depends if you like comedy Horror and you don't have to take other people's favorite show you can do your own so for example I like adventure so I'd choose something like DuckTales, but if you like a good horror Gremlins is good for you.
