It is also known as bishop's weed or carom.

Indian Name : Ajowan

Botanical Name : Trachyspermum amoni (L.)

Family Name : Sprague Apiaceae

you can find this in Indian grocery store across US or else where.

It is very cheap and effective way of controlling gut parasites.

Ayurvedic way of taking is like bait and kill

(1) take a small piece of any sugar on empty stomach in morning as first thing after sleep

(2) take One teaspoon Ajowan and Freshly grind it by a coffee grinder or crush it manually.

(3) after 10 minutes of consuming sugar take the powder with one glass of water

(4) do not eat anything for next 30 to 45 minutes

(5) do it for 2 weeks - most of the parasites are killed by natural way

These seeds (ajawain or ajowan seeds) are very routinely used in India as mouth freshners after you eat some food. It does not or can not have any worm killing action.
