How do you remove ink from a comforter?
Blood (fresh): Soak in cold water (do not use hot, as it will
set the stain). Launder. If the stain remains after washing, rewash
using a bleach safe for the fabric. Blood (dried): Pretreat or soak
in warm water with an enzyme presoak product. Launder. If the stain
remains use a bleach safe for that product. or you can use proxide,
that also works (may not be safe on some materials). cheap, easy,
and fast, ronsonol lighter fluid, it comes in a yellow bottle. it
works wonders. it's also very great for other things you might get
on your clothes. doing construction i keep a bottle just to make
sure i don't get something to set in that i don't want. other
things it will take out: that glues stuff used in mouse pads,
lexel, caulking, tar, grease, "splooge stains" (a tip for the
fella's)
