Reportage means "news" and it is reporting things as they are in an unbiased manner. In Photography this translates to taking photos of things as they are, with no fixed poses or direction from the photographer. A reportage photographer must think on his feet and use his ability to take great images to tell a story in pictures.

Currently hospitalized for smoke inhalation-= house burned down just yesterday. situation may be more serious. I can remember how Linda Darnell ( reportage wise) started out with mere ( serious burns)- she barely survived a day or so before her tragic end. I was thinking about that when I learned 9 Annette was hospitalized. at the very least she could lose her voice- a common side effect of smoke inhalation- possibly permanently. She also suffers from Multiple Sclerosis and wears eyeglasses- both pre-existing conditions unrelated to the fire incident. that is the latest- God Help her! She is 68 , and curiously the only Italian-Ancestry actress employed by the Disney studios. Only one Disney film ( which she was in) was set in Italy, by the way. May 2013 Annette Joanne Funicello died on April 8, 2013. Her death was caused by complications of Multiple Sclerosis (MS)

No, she was not. Mary Ambrose did fly in to Paris, France from Lugano, Switzerland early on the morning of September 25, 2003. Robert Palmer had extended no invitation for her to join him in Paris and advised her to book a return flight to Lugano, Switzerland that day. Mary Ambrose complied with his order and returned to Lugano, Switzerland later that afternoon. Robert Palmer had earmarked his time in Paris to spend with his friend Jack Bruce as well as conduct publicity appearances for the recent release of Drive. In addition to that, Mary Ambrose only traveled with Robert Palmer in her capacity as his personal assistant. Robert Palmer did not require her services as such on September 25, 2003, ergo her return to Lugano, Switzerland. The original report that Mary Ambrose was in Paris, France, vacationing with Robert Palmer, was an error in reportage made by Mick Carter, Robert Palmer's manager.
