Passive means that you are not bothered essentially. I don't mean to sound bad but a passive person just lets the world go by and they go with the flow. It is not a good way to be because you end up doing things not because you want to but because someone else has made the decision for you. You could end up getting depressed because of this. They easiest way to make a change is to answer a question with 'yes' or 'no' honestly and also make your own decisions. You decide what is right for you.

I'd think it's the limit at which there is no longer any iron that can be drawn by the passivation solution.
