She is worried that they will give her the first ever zero in 75 years!! She thinks that if she gets a zero that it will be the end, no one will sponsor her and she will surely die in the arena with no sponsors!\

∙ 12y agoIn Catching Fire she is scared her actions will turn the gamemakers on her and Peeta. She thinks they will make their time in the arena harder than it should have been and that it will be harder for her to keep Peeta alive.

she entered the gamemakers room wen tover to the weapons area and chose the bow . She states her name and district , the gamemakers watch as she shoots but she is off target.They go back to eating drinking and talking. Sheshoots a second arrow this one hits perfectly in the heart of the mannequin . The game makers have completely ignored her . So she picks up a final arrow readys it and shoots the pig in the centre of the buffet table. All the game makers are stunned . Katniss thanks them a nd leaves. ... She proceeds to get a score of 11 from the private session

Why is katniss angry with the gamemakers?
Yes. In her private session with the Gamemakers, they are very focused on a roast pig and don't watch her shooting. She gets frustrated and shoots an arrow at the apple in the roast pig's mouth.

Effie and Katniss' "team" is also concerned because the Gamemakers do not usually respect any deviations from how sessions normally go. Shooting at something so close to Capitol officials could've ended very poorly, but luckily they only saw the precision in her shooting.
