Well, Dirty Diana is not really a person. He said in an interview one time that Dirty Diana was a song that desrcribed all the women that hung out backstage and smoked and got into alot of trouble.

So Diana tells Michael that it is time for her to go home and that she doesn't want to be alone, but Michael is saying that he has a woman at home and she is probably worried about him but Diana doesn't care she wants Michael. So Michael calls his girlfriend saying he is alright and says leave the key under the mat because he was coming home late. But Diana says that he isn't coming back because he is sleeping with her. In other words Diana seduces Michael and he falls for it and ends up having an affair.
It's about girls who wait for bands and will do anything including sexual favours in return for fame.

In an interview from the special edition of Bad, Quincy Jones later confirmed that it was about groupies. Michael Jackson also confirmed this during an interview with Barbara Walters.
