Pg-13 actually. But that's mostly because it originated in Japan. In the Japanese version's their was alot of swaring... But it's still rated Pg-13 as far as I know.

Anime doesnt neccesarily use the ratings scale but for your question anime that 'would' be rated 18 above is any ecchi or hentai anime.
The manga is rated A for All Ages in North America. The anime DVD's are rated A for All Ages too, although when the anime aired on TV and stramed in Toonami Jetsream, it was rated TV-PG.
Well any R rated yaoi anime (cant think of any particular names right now) or hentai...
Anime, anime, everythang anime, bag anime, watch anime.. And it goes on and on.
It is rated 13 and up.
